Indulge in this regal chai crafted with bold Indian tea, delicate rose petals, and crushed green cardamom. Balanced with steamed milk and golden honey, it’s an aromatic embrace fit for royalty.

Ingredients
2 tsp Assam or Darjeeling loose-leaf tea
2 cups filtered water
1 cup whole or oat milk
4 green cardamom pods, gently crushed
1 tbsp culinary-grade rose petals
1–2 tsp raw honey (to taste)
Optional: rose petals or cinnamon for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan, simmer cardamom and rose petals in water for 4 minutes.
Step 2
Add tea leaves; steep on low heat for 3–4 minutes.
Step 3
Stir in milk and honey; bring just to a soft boil.
Step 4
Strain into a warmed teacup. Garnish as desired.
